Ordering
Items appearing on the website may be ordered by e-mailing onthefarm@myactv.net . Once your e-mail is received, we will provide you with additional details regarding the item you are requesting, payment instructions, and shipping costs.Shipping
All orders are sent via United States Postal Service. We use First Class Mail or Priority Mail depending upon weight and contents. International orders are shipped via customer choice of First Class International or Global Priority (depending upon availability).
Most orders ship the next business day after placing your order.
Orders shipping to USA destinations should arrive approximately 4 - 7 business days from the day we ship, depending upon what day/time your order was placed and where your order is shipping.
International orders may take 10 business days or more from the day we ship to arrive.
During holiday periods, you should expect delays of an additional 3 to 5 days or more to the above estimated time-frames for delivery.
US Customers: We want you to be satisfied, but we cannot fix a problem unless we know about it. It is the customer’s responsibility to notify South Mountain Plantation of any problem with an order, so that we may investigate the situation and take appropriate action. If you have not received your order within 15 business days of the date you placed your order, then you must notify us by email prior to the 20th business day from the order date. South Mountain Plantation will not refund any payment where the customer has not notified South Mountain Plantation by email to onthefarm@myactv.net regarding non-receipt of the order, order dissatisfaction, or damaged/defective product within the specified time-frame, and in NO CASE if customer has not notified South Mountain Plantation of any of these situations within 30 days of the date that the order was placed.

Return Policy
We want you to be satisfied with the item you purchased. If you wish to return the item for a refund you must contact South Mountain Plantation by e-mail at onthefarm@myactv.net within 20 days of placement of the order. The buyer is responsible for shipping and insurance costs for the return. Refunds will only be given for items returned clean, unused and undamaged. Once the returned item is received by South Mountain Plantation and its condition inspected, a refund check will be made to the purchaser within 20 days of receipt of the return.
